abstract = {\<jats:p\>Management accounting practices must be embedded and running in a corporate entity or organization. Management accounting can provide actual information that affects the decision-making process of a company manager. One of the implementations is the concept of management in entities in the packaged beverage industry. The process of handling customers must continue to be carried out because the customers have several characteristics, such as loyalty, behavior, habits, and perceptions of a product. At the same time, the company must apply ideas to the company\'s production activities and be able to analyze the social, economic, and environmental impacts of these activities. So in this study, the production service sector that the author has chosen is packaged beverage industry because, since the COVID-19 pandemic, beverage producer companies have changed their business methods, namely through online ordering applications or package systems. This habit has not changed after the COVID-19 pandemic. Online sales of packaged beverages are still often carried out by the public. There is a change in economic behavior in the community, and it has a direct impact on the business model and product sales of the packaged beverage manufacturer. Based on this background, the authors will conduct research, namely to determine what variables will affect this business so that packaged drinks continue to be favored by the community so as to grow economic potential and job opportunities for the community.\</jats:p\>},

abstract = {\<jats:p\>The research aimed to identify the optimal combination of cassava grates and flour to maximize the profit of a project initiated by the Philippine Root Crops Research and Training Center at Visayas State University. The findings revealed that the most profitable combination consisted of 125 kg of cassava grates and 25 kg of flour, resulting in an optimum profit of Php 4,250.00 for the entire production. The study highlighted that the project was constrained by limited inputs, preventing it from exceeding the optimal quantities of the two products. To enhance the profitability of both products, adjustments in the resources utilized during production were necessary. While the current production of cassava grates falls below the optimum quantity, indicating room for increased production with the existing inputs, the production of cassava flour had already reached its optimal level. To achieve optimal quantity and profit, the project must implement strategies to prevent resource wastage.\</jats:p\>},

abstract = {\<jats:p\>The study was conducted to evaluate both the verbal and non-verbal marketing strategies employed by vegetable vendors during Market Day at Aborlan Public Market. The study also aimed to assess the advantages and effects of these strategies on the business, as well as to identify the challenges encountered in vegetable marketing. Employing a descriptive method, the respondents consisted of vegetable vendors present at Aborlan Public Market during Market Day, selected based on their availability for interviews. The study revealed that vegetable vendors derived benefits from the implementation of their chosen verbal and non-verbal marketing strategies. These strategies proved effective in attracting buyers, promoting products, building relationships with customers, and fostering customer retention. Furthermore, the utilization of these strategies enabled vegetable vendors to enhance their sales performance.\</jats:p\>},

abstract = {\<jats:p\>The tie rod shaft is one of the most essential parts in the coal grinder machine at the coal mill plant to support the roller grinder axial movement. Since the tie rod shaft receives the cyclic load constantly, the inappropriate design can cause the lifetime of the shaft to be short. The broken incidents of the tie rod shaft at coal mill the coal mill plant of PT X takes effect on the Steam and Power Supply to the ammonia and Urea Plant. This Research aims to analyze the abnormality on the tie rod shaft, which is always broken on the fillet section. The Stress concentration factor, Maximum Stress, and Surface roughness on the fillet section of the shaft have an extraordinary effect on the Fatigue lifetime. With the special tool assistant, the conventional lathe machine can compete with the CNC machine Quality to make Fillet contour as well as polished treatment and precise as the tool assistant can make the constant rotational movement produced by the human hand. The result showed that the tie rod shaft with 0.33 μm surface roughness level and fillet dimension strictly at 5mm could extend the lifetime of the tie rod shaft beyond the target after installed on the plant\</jats:p\>},

abstract = {\<jats:p\>Welding process is the joining of two metals by heating. There are two types of welding that are often applied in the field, namely gas welding (OAW) and electric welding (SMAW). Both of them have their advantages as metal connectors. This research originated from a problem that occurred in the upper arm on the welding table which experienced bending as a result of carrying the load when holding the welding disc. Therefore, CAD/CAE design is carried out. In this case, the strength and tension that occur in the upper arm are analyzed. This research aims to reveal the value of the stress that occurs in the upper arm and the safety value. Where in the design the planned force capacity is 300 newtons using the finite element method or also known as Finite Element Analysis (FEA). And the material used is ASTM A36. The results of the simulation and also the analysis that has been carried out show that the upper arm frame structure on the welding table has a stress, deformation, and safety factor of 311.987 MPa, 2.28286 mm, and 0.663488 ul.\</jats:p\>},

abstract = {\<jats:p\>Sunlight has long been used in daily activities, especially drying clothes. The only concern is sudden rain and people are not aware that their clothes are still on the clothesline. Due to this, many opt to dry their clothes indoor, which takes longer to dry. With regard to the aforementioned issue, in this research, Internet of Things (IoT) concept is applied in the production of automatic clotheslines by the integration of weather monitoring and forecasting with automatic clothesline. This automatic clothesline has an LDR sensor and a rain sensor to detect light and raindrops in the environment, then the values obtained from these two sensors are processed by the microcontroller to control the DC motor that can moves the clothes inside and outside from the sensors system which can be monitored and controled via smartphone using the Blynk app. The outcome of this research is an automatic clothesline prototype that is accessible through the Blynk app; utilising LDR sensors, rain sensors, and motor to retrieve clothes.\</jats:p\>},

abstract = {\<jats:p\>The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of zinc (Zn) material added to used aluminum (Al), which should affect its strength and hardness. In this current study, zinc material (Zn) was applied as an additional material to aluminum scrap, by mass percentages of Al 100% Zn 0%, Al 95% Zn 5%, Al 94.5% Zn 5.5%, and Al 94% Zn 6%, respectively. The results showed that the addition of zinc (Zn) had indeed affected the impact value and hardness properties of aluminum-zinc alloy (Al-Zn). The addition of zinc (Zn) at 6% yielded the highest effective strength value of 0.24 J/mm2, and the lowest effective strength value of 0.14 J/mm2. Although the highest hardness value was found by addition of 6% zinc (Zn), the average hardness was 73.76 HRB and the lowest hardness was 29.23 HRB. In conclusion, as the addition of Zinc (Zn) into the material composition increases, the impact and toughness properties of the material increases.\</jats:p\>},

abstract = {\<jats:p\>Biomass is the term for organic compounds, both animals and plants that can be reused as fuel or energy sources. Apart from that, gasification can be interpreted as a process of changing a solid fuel into a gas through thermochemical stages. The fuel used in the downdraft biomass gasification reactor is rice husks and coconut shells. The downdraft type biomass gasification reactor design used Autodesk Inventor professional software and for simulation using Ansys-R2 for 2021 student licensed. As the results after we create modified for inlet fresh-air showed the performance test of the hot start as flame temperature was increased to 21.7°C within the highest temperature reaches to 188.4°C. As a conclusion of modified performance test, we obtained the temperatures of pot-stove are slowly reaches from 6.38°C to 41.75°C of boiling water.\</jats:p\>},

abstract = {\<jats:p\>The purpose of this research is to determine the calculation of the depreciation cost allocation for fixed assets and its effect on operating income when using other alternative methods such as the double-declining balance depreciation method. Fixed assets will experience a decrease in economic value due to usage, damage, and obsolescence due to economic factors and technical factors. The method of depreciation of fixed assets that are used must be following the applicable accounting financial accounting standards, including the straight-line depreciation method and the double-declining balance depreciation method. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data types. Secondary data obtained in this study are from the official website of the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) in the form of financial reports and fixed asset data for 2014-2018. The type of data of this research is quantitative, while the data processing method is the straight-line method and the multiple declining balance method. The results of the analysis in this study can be concluded that the method of depreciation of fixed assets used by the company is the straight-line depreciation method because operating income which is influenced by the straight-line depreciation method has a higher result compared to the double-decreasing balance depreciation method.\</jats:p\>},

The use of this index number is to compare the current year period divided by the based year and multiplied by 100%. The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison of production costs from animal feed companies in Indonesia, namely PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia. Tbk and PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk in 2014-2018 with 2014 as the base year. MI Darul Ulum Kintap will provide a notebook of the achievements of the students so that parents can monitor the extent to which the students have learned. The problem that exists in recording the student\'s achievement using a note book is the negligence of the students in maintaining the achievement record book, so that it can make it difficult for parents and teachers to monitor the learning process of the students. To overcome this problem, the authors take advantage of technological developments by building a system that can be used to access data on student achievement in real time. This research also adds a feature to register new students, so that parents can register their children online. In this research, data analysis uses the method waterfall. The results of the research that has been carried out are that all features or functions of the system built have run well according to their function by testing the functionality of the system using the method black-box.\</jats:p\>},

abstract = {\<jats:p\>This study aims to find the financial performance of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk during 2014-2018 in managing its operating cash flow. The analytical tool used in this study is ratio analysis. Types of ratio analysis used are operating cash flow ratios, the ratio of cash to interest coverage, ratio of cash to current debt ratio, ratio of capital expenditure, ratio of total debt, and the ratio of cash flow to net income. After calculating the cash flow ratio analysis, it can be concluded that for now, PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk is still unable to be independent in capital expenditure. Despite that, PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk has recorded a good improvement, therefore it can be estimated that in a few more years, the financial performance of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk will be very good.\</jats:p\>},

abstract = {\<jats:p\>The single-mindedness of this study is to find the key factors prompting the Students Organization Improvement and explore the causal relationships between perspectives (P) and criteria (C). This case study used Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method used for making decisions and analyses to forecast future scenarios. The results found that the DEMATEL include six main perspectives and eighteen criteria were extracted and then validated by fifteen experts. Therefore, the most critical evaluation perspective with the most exceptional value was 11.4074, although Availability (P4) was the least essential perspective with the smallest value 7.0138. Regarding value, the prioritization of the importance of four evaluation perspectives numbered from perspectives P1 to perspectives P4. Finally, the proposed methods not only improve the DEMATEL methodology but also provide a valuable reference to do the best planning for Calculating the Students Organization Improvement in POLITALA.\</jats:p\>},

abstract = {\<jats:p\>Measurement of financial performance is the achievement of the company\'s achievements in a period that describes the financial health condition of the company. This study aims to determine the calculation and measurement of the financial performance of PT financial statements. Darma Henwa Tbk in 2017-2019. Analysis in this study using Economic Value Added (EVA) method. The results of research on PT. Darma Henwa Tbk. shows that 2017 with a value of $199,460 shows a positive value. This is because the value of NOPAT in that year is greater than the capital charge value generated. Meanwhile, in 2018 the value of EVA increased by $2,893,767, which still generated positive value in that year. However, in 2019 EVA value decreased and obtained a negative value of -$764,780. The decrease is caused because the value of NOPAT in 2019 is smaller than the capital charge value.\</jats:p\>},
